Refund Policy

This Refund Policy complies with local business practices and tourism service norms applicable in Ladakh.

1. Non-Refundable Bookings

   All bookings are non-refundable once confirmed

2. Cancellation by Management

   Refunds shall be considered only in cases where the activity is canceled by Nubra Kart Adventure due to technical failure, adverse weather conditions, or directions issued by local administration.

3. Refund Processing Timeline

   Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days and credited to the original payment source.

4. No Refund Scenarios

   No refunds will be granted for personal inconvenience, late arrival, failure to meet eligibility requirements, or no-show.
