These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the Union Territory of Ladakh and the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir, India.

1. Safety Compliance
   All participants must strictly follow the safety instructions issued by Nubra Kart Adventure staff, in accordance with local administration directives and tourism safety guidelines applicable in Ladakh.

2. Eligibility Requirements
   Riders must meet the minimum age, height, and physical fitness requirements as prescribed under applicable local safety norms.

3. Mandatory Safety Gear
   The use of helmets and protective gear provided by Nubra Kart Adventure is mandatory, as per adventure activity safety regulations enforced in Ladakh.

4. Prohibited Conduct
   Rash driving, intentional collisions, consumption of alcohol or prohibited substances, or violation of safety rules will result in immediate termination of the ride without any refund.

5. Right to Refuse Service
   Management reserves the right to refuse service to any individual in the interest of safety, public order, or compliance with local administrative guidelines.

6. Operational Disruptions
   Operations may be suspended due to adverse weather conditions, instructions from local authorities, environmental concerns, or force majeure events common to high-altitude regions.

7. Jurisdiction
   Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Ladakh.
